Hill Country Flyer- Most Saturdays
Riding on a historic train is a unique experience. Where else can you ride in a living museum? Our signature ride, the Hill Country Flyer allows you time to explore our vintage train cars, historically restored for your enjoyment! On board the train, you will wind through the Texas Hill Country, crossing the trestle bridge over the South San Gabriel River and Short Creek Canyon. During your two hour layover in Burnet you can enjoy lunch on your own, shopping, and a leisurely stroll around the historic town square. Finally, relax and enjoy time with your friends and family...as the train returns to our Cedar Park Depot in the afternoon.

Step back in time and experience the elegance of passenger rail travel aboard our vintage train cars, lovingly restored from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s. Your 44-mile journey will showcase breathtaking views of the South San Gabriel River, our1912 Bertram Depot, and sights like the iconic Duffy-Shamrock communications mast - a true marvel of engineering. Enjoy a 15-minute layover at our beautifully restored 1912 Bertram Depot, perfect for your Fall photos. During this special event, indulge in cozy libations at the Cedar Park car-- including spiked hot chocolate-- as you mingle and enjoy the enchanting ambiance.

Hop aboard the Loteria Train on October 5th for an unforgettable night out! Get ready for a unique evening filled with 4 rounds of Loteria in each train car, offering a chance to win an array of fantastic prizes. Get ready to embark on a spooky journey as we launch our second Trivia Train of 2024, just in time for Halloween! Created by our brilliant new Events Manager, Alyssa Lopez, this electrifying event features five rounds of mind-bending trivia challenges. Gather your squad of up to four members and prepare to compete for an array of tantalizing prizes! Onboard, you'll face off against rival teams and the entire train, all vying for the prestigious ASTA Trivia Champion title. As you dive into the trivia action, enjoy refreshing libations, including beer, wine, and a signature cocktail served exclusively in the Cedar Park Car.
